The Ottawa Photonic Cluster, in collaboration with the Canadian Photonics Consortium, the Canadian Photonics Fabrication Centre, and the Quebec Photonic Network are co-organizing a Canadian Pavilion at the BiOS Exhibition 2010 (January 23-24) and the Photonics West Exhibition 2010 (January 26-28) which both will be held at the Moscone Center located in San Francisco California.
BiOS is the world's largest and most prestigious international biomedical optics and imaging conference, encompassing clinical, translational, and fundamental R&D. BiOS provides you with a premier technical forum for reporting your achievements and learning about the latest clinical and technical advances. BiOS is a major impetus for launching new applications and technologies; patent citations indicate the importance of the research introduced in these conferences.
You can participate to the BiOS Exhibition only, to the Photonics West Exhibition only, or to both. Please find attached the registration forms to be returned to us as soon as possible. After June 15th, your participation to the pavilion will depend on the availability.
Upon the receipt of the completed form, we will forward you an invoice (payment should be made to the Canadian Photonics Consortium and sent to Dr. Mike Scott (c/o Ms. Kelly Daize), Canadian Photonics Consortium, 200-2625 Queensview Drive, Ottawa, Ontario K2B 8K2 (please indicate BiOS / Photonics West 2010 on the back of the cheque). Your booth spaces will be confirmed as soon as your payment is received. Please note that payment should be received by no later than Monday, September 21, 2009.
